All items should be examined upon arrival. Any complaints must be reported within 8 days of receiving the product. If the item has been damaged during transport, this needs to be reported to the driver/delivery company immediately. Products with manufacturing defects will be replaced and should be sent back in the original package in unchanged condition. Delivered items can be returned within 14 days after being received (right of withdrawal). The customer pays the return shipment. Woodcontrol does not accept cash on delivery. The goods must be unharmed and in unchanged condition. A refund will be delivered according to agreement and appropriate payment methods, such as a bank account or card. The right of withdrawal does not apply if it’s a custom made or special product for the customer.
